Project Director (PD)

Project Director; Highest management authority on a project, ultimate responsibility, implementation of the vision, communication, strategy, and delivery of the project, and client care.

 

Project Manager (PM)

Project Manager; Project management and implementation of deliverables, to meet client expectations, and external management of stakeholders, consultants, contractors, subcontractors or other in accordance with policy PLXXXX. The Project Manager also manages the KR services, procurement, scopes, fees, deliverables, liabilities, performance management, programming and administration.

Design Manager (DM)

Design Manager; Manages the design team (DL's), design process and deliverables in relation to Client scope, Innovation, communication, quality and deliverables. The success of the design is the total responsibility of the design manager. Consideration and respect for the client and the process needs to be upheld at all times. The design manager (in the absence) of the Project Manger, manages the client, (client care) innovation, communication, coordination, time frames, QA, technical capabilities, resources, quality and QA, liabilities, fees and the like, in relation to the ultimate design and delivery of a project. Consideration of all other parties needs to be considered at all times.

Project Coordinator (PC) (With PM)

Project Coordinator; Acts for the project team under the direction of the PD & PM, and is responsible for coordination and implementation of project requirements and deliverables, in support of the PM & PD. Is responsibility for coordination of meetings, deliverables, documents, programs, communication, fees & procurement, and any coordination required for the project team.

Project Coordinator (PC) (Without PM)

Project Coordinator, in the absence of a Project Manager (under an external commercial contract), the Project Coordinator assumes responsibility of the project manager above, except under internal communication and implementation, and management of our service packages only. The PC is to work closely with the DM as a team, to ensure innovation and excellence.
