Code level: Codes and explanations of codes are located in the right-hand side of the Quality Assurance section of the document.  These codes are fixed and must be used accordingly in all documents.  The document can be edited retrospectively to set the code level if required.    

In this example the tiling section has been updated to state the impact is a Code B. Once saved the updated document states:
1.1 Please Note: Tiling has been removed etc.
1.2 The above mentioned areas will have etc.
1.3 Please note the seals to the doors etc.
