Deliverables - Optional Field: Deliverables is an optional field and coloured orange because it is optional. Very useful for preparing fees in TIMS as it prompts you to provide information for the deliverables required on a project. 

Selecting the 'Add' button will move you to the next screen to choose a Deliverable for a particular discipline and phase.

 

Deliverable for Structural Discipline and Detailed Design Phase: Tick the boxes that you require.  In this example we are going to produce some digital sketches, some detailed drawings and a PS1. Geotechnical, we are going to produce some detailed drawings, Geotech design report and a PS1. This information can be edited and additions made or deleted.

Deliverable for Geotechnical Disciplines and Construction Phase: In this example at Construction Phase, we are going to produce a PS4 for both Structural and Geotechnical Disciplines.

Once the Deliverables are saved the colour changes from orange to green and now we’re ready to move onto evaluating the Project Risk.
