By default every project has a normal proposal budget and every project requires a fee.  We require a signed Fee from the Client before approving the Budgets for any scope of work. This can be overridden (and a fee not required) by selecting the appropriate reason (as per below) and approving this step. 

Explanation for Fee Required drop-down menu
Yes – Signed Fee required
No – Under Master Service Agreement - one Master Service Agreement signed covering all projects instead of signing individual agreements (eg.TGA client GJ Gardner).
No – Internal Project (Internal KR project like TIMS development).
No – Internal Scope Change (eg. Internal KR project).
No – Rework @ Kirk Roberts cost (eg. Rework on a project at KR cost).
No – Work at Risk (Company has agreed to do more work to win a project).
No – Conversion Project (All projects converted post TIMS Go-live in November 2019).
No – Specifi Project (Paid up front)
