Scope of Work

Overview: Scope of work brief can be as complex or simple as you like. By default every project has a Normal Proposal Budget and every project requires a fee.  The goal is to work from left to right to get everything completed.

Summary: By default every job has a main Project Scope but as the project continues through its life cycle we allow the system to record Scope changes or additional scopes of work. By selecting the 'Scopes Project' hyperlink it takes you out of the job detail menu and into the Scopes menu. In this example there is only one Project Scope however there could also be more than one Scope (Scope changes will appear here).  For each project's scope of work, it has its own menu system ie. Phases, Deliverables, Risk, Components, Evaluate, Fees, Budgets, Phase Gates (note: Phase Gates may be unnecessary for some jobs which are already in-phase.
