Leave Balance Information for the selected staff will be shown right before Step 1 (Create Request) card.
The Balance details will be in hours for Annual Leave and in days for Sick Leave (just as how we receive from the iPayroll service). These balances will be loaded from Ipayroll once each month so will only be right as of the date shown (any leave you have taken since that date will not be taken off that available balance, managers and staff need to bear that in mind when making leave requests).
In addition to that, the last updated date info will also be provided in the card.
Managers are expected to check that any employee leave requests are within the leave balances owing to that staff member.
