Admin Entries

Administration Time Entries categories other than the leave categories (which automatically populate when a leave request is approved) should only be used if your manager has approved your time completed for one of these categories i.e Staff Development, R&D etc.

The Administration categories are the following -

COVID 19 Self/Business Development

General

Health and Safety

Human Resources

Management Meeting

Unpaid Leave

All breaks should be entered under the General category, and should be recorded as per the following - 0.2 for morning tea (which equates to 12 minutes as per the Time breakdown page), and 0.2 for afternoon tea (or 0.4 for both breaks in a day), no time should be entered for a lunch break as this is taken in an employee's own time and are unpaid, additional to their work hours as per Employment Agreements.
