Chargeable Time Entries, are by their nature, chargeable to a specific job, Scope of Work, Component and Phase.

You first select a Job. 

Once the Job has been selected, TIMS will look at the Job, and return a list of the Scopes of Work for the Job. See the Chargeable Time Entries page for further details.
