When you enter Time, TIMS defaults to selecting you as the selected Staff Member, based on the account you have logged into the website as.

Depending on your Permissions - TIMS may allow you to Enter Time for different Users. 

Typically, this will only show yourself.  If you have permissions, you can select a Staff Member from the Staff Members dropdown.
