The time breakdown for entering time into the Duration section is entered in 6-minute blocks. Employees are required to enter their time as close to the below time blocks as they can.

Time blocks equate to the following - 

0.1  - 6 minutes

0.2 - 12 minutes

0.3 - 18 minutes

0.4 - 24 minutes

0.5 - 30 minutes

0.6 - 36 minutes

0.7 - 42 minutes

0.8 - 48 minutes

0.9 - 54 minutes

1 - 60 minutes/1 hour

i.e breaks should be taken as 0.2 (12 minutes) for morning tea and 0.2 (12 minutes) for afternoon tea - or 0.4 ( 24 minutes for both breaks taken in a day).  In employment agreements, breaks are given as 10 minutes per each morning and afternoon tea, so this is rounded up to the closest number.
